March 20 2020: COVID-19 New ProceduresIn the light of the COVID19 we would like to make you aware of a number of procedural changes we are making with the aim to minimise any potential risk. As it stands both Will and Alex are completely heathy with no COVID-19 symptoms and all three clinics are open as normal.As a business we have decided that during the current coronavirus outbreak we will work completely separately, with the aim that if one of us comes down with any of the COVID-19 symptoms the other can carry on working and keep the business operational. At this moment in time we are creating a new oﬃce and treatment room upstairs for Will. He will use this upstairs treatment room/ oﬃce and Gym 2 as well as working out of David Lloyd. Whereas Alex will use our normal oﬃce, main treatment room, Gym 1 as well as working out of Total ﬁtness. We expect to have the new treatment room ready by Wednesday/ Thursday next week, therefore in the meantime only Alex will be working out of Hessle. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this procedural change. Other procedural changes are as follows:- All towels have been removed from the beds to make it easier to sanitise after every session. Towels will only be used if absolutely necessary to cover up, these will be replaced after every session.- All clients will be asked to wash/ sanitise their hands upon arrival.- Magazines have been removed from reception.- Any areas that are “touched by hands” will be sanitised after every session (door handles, card machine etc).- An extra hand clean/ sanitise - one at the end of each session and one before the start of the next session. - No client will be passed the practitioners iPad, please complete the initial assessment form at home via the e mail provided.- All gym equipment will be wiped down and sanitised after every useWe hope that you understand these changes and they don’t disrupt from the usual high standards at Hansford and Crocker.Please note that we will be doing a daily update on our Facebook page on the situation.
Hello to all our loyal clients,In light of the latest measures stipulated by the government, and our duty of care to our clients’ health and safety, which is of paramount importance to us, we feel it would be irresponsible to keep the clinic open, despite our high hygiene protocols.This current climate has led us to the difficult decision to temporarily close our doors. We will be constantly monitoring this, and will adapt our business strategy accordingly in line with our professional governing body.
